We started because emergency locksmithing had a bad reputation it mostly deserved: unclear pricing, engineers who drilled first and asked later, and call centres that could not tell you when anyone would actually turn up.
Our answer was simple. Publish a fixed price before dispatch, only work with engineers who can prove their vetting and insurance, and give every customer a name and an ETA at the point of booking.

Every locksmith on the network is DBS-checked, insured and ID-carrying. We audit workmanship and remove anyone who slips below standard.

We fit BS3621 mortice locks and anti-snap euro cylinders as standard, so your insurance requirements are met without an argument later.
